Taking the Good News relevantly to every young person in Swindon

Youthwork

Swindon YFC  over the years have delivered all sorts of different types of creative and innovative youth work including Its a Knock Out Competitions, Youth Camps and Crazy Nights of Fun. At the heart of all our work is the understanding that all young people (in fact all people) are loved and valued by God and that means we work with young people of no faith, Christian faith or any other faith to help them be all they can be.

Currently the YFC team are involved in running or supporting the following youth work projects:

Pinehurst Bus Project
Every Wednesday evening on the Circle in Pinehurst a blue double decker bus turns up kitted out with playstations, laptops, Xbox, free cheese toasties and other activities. A great place to hang out with your mates and have a good time.

Stratton Detached Youth Work Project
Every Tuesday night in Meadowcroft Park and Grange Park the team will be out with sports equipment and hot chocolate, providing positive activities and someone to talk to.

oZone Youth Club at Upper Stratton Baptist Church
Thursday nights 7-9pm. A fantastic place to chill out with your friends and have a good time.

Friday Night Fun at Gorse Hill Baptist Church
As you would imagine a fun filled youth club happening on Friday nights!

Freshbrook Youth Club at Freshbrook Community Centre
Every Wednesday evening, activities and good times for 13-19′s

You might also spot us at Swindon Youth Festival, in the Town Centre or at various other events – if you spot us, come and say Hello!

If you would be interested in exploring how we can support you in starting a youth club or youth work project or would like us to support a project which is already running then please get in touch and also visit the Breathe Network page.
