We need YOU to partner with us in our mission to reach out to the young people of Swindon. There are 4 ways that you can do that. We are looking for :

Prayer Partners
Financial Partners
Time Partners
Church Partners

All our partners receive copies of our newsletters and special partners updates through their letter boxes and an invitation to our annual Partners Thank You Meal, as well as the satisfaction of knowing that you are a key part of what we do.

Prayer Partners:

Financial Partners
Swindon YFC is a self funding and autonomous charity (we do not receive any money from the Youth for Christ head office). This means we are reliant on the generous people, churches and trusts who give us money. We do fundraise for specific projects, however all ongoing costs are funded by the regular sacrificial giving of our donors. The work is growing, the staff team is growing and hence the donations need to continue to grow to sustain this invaluable work. What Impact will my money have?

Your financial gift goes directly to supporting our work with young people here in Swindon and will enable us to run all of the work that we do supporting and reaching out to the young people of our town. And every single pound coin counts. Whether you are able to donate £5 a month or £100 a month every penny is put towards our team delivering the huge range of work which you can read about on this website.

£5 a month over the course of a year enables us to support a young person in crisis.
£25 a month enables us to run a specific activity in a school.
£100 a month enables us to run a lunchclub programme in a school or an afterschool Rock Solid club or a series of RE lessons.

Time Partners
We have opportunities for people to be practically involved in the work we do. This might be working as part of our team going into schools delivering the range of school based activities that we offer, it might be helping us to start a local community youth club, it might be mentoring a young person and simply listening to them, it might be helping our office team in the range of tasks they need to complete, it might be serving as a fundraiser or steward for an event we are running. If you have time available and would like to serve God with us then please contact us.

Church Partner
We love working in partnership with the local church right across the town. We work to support church youth clubs, train youth work volunteers, advise churches who are looking to get involved in youth work and work with churches to disciple young people. Partner churches commit to regularly supporting our work financially and in return we work with them, support them, keep them updated with all our newsletters and will come and speak at church services or events.
