Swindon YFC has an amazing, experienced and qualified team of youth workers who work with young people right across the town.

 

Chris Priddy – Centre Director

Chris is responsible for heading up the team at SYFC and exploring new and creative projects for us to develop and be involved with. Chris is a member of the Swindon Churches Together Executive. Chris is married to Rosie, has a little daughter Alba and loves watching movies.

Chris Davison – Centre Manager

Chris oversees the office and full time volunteers and is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly! She is married to a local youth worker Dave, has two teenage sons and enjoys watching most sports and occasionally plays tennis and badminton.

Luella Dodgson – Lead Youth and Schools Worker
Luella heads up all of our work in and around the schools of Swindon. She runs lunchclubs, leads assemblies, takes lessons and helps in a number of youth groups and projects. Luella is a passionate supporter of Southampton Football Club.

Laura Rawson – Youth Worker
Laura heads up our ministry to Pinehurst as the Assistant Youth Chaplain to the Pinehurst estate. She is originally from Cheltenham and studied Youth Work at the University of Chester.

Tim Freeman – BIOS Pastoral Care Project Team Leader
Tim runs BIOS our pastoral care project working in schools and local communities providing support to those young people who need it most. Tim is married to Shelly, has 2 lovely daughters.

Rob Burns – BIOS Youth Worker (CYM Student)
Rob spent a year volunteering with the BIOS Project and loved it so much that he decided to join the team and study for a degree in Youth Work and Ministry at Oxford CYM too.

Amy Cox – Youth Worker (CYM Student)
Amy used to be a local gap year volunteer with SYFC, she loved it so much she decided to study Youthwork and Ministry at CYM Bristol and stick around with us to head up our youth work in and around Nova Hreod School. Amy is a bit eccentric and her greatest dream would be to be a clown in a circus!
