Director wanted
Swindon YFC is looking for a new Director as we seek to give young people in our town the opportunity to discover and follow Jesus. The Director will be responsible for the development of the work of SYFC and implementing the strategic vision. This includes effective leadership, raising the funding and support profile of the organisation, management, training and supporting the staff and volunteer team. It will also involve actively delivering aspects of youth and schools work.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion to see young people discover and follow Jesus
- Is a good communicator and team leader
- Has leadership and management experience
- Is flexible and adaptable, a team player
There is a genuine occupation requirement that the role holder is a committed Christian in accordance with the Employment Equality (Religion & Belief) Regulations 2003.

Salary: in the range of: £22 - £26,000 plus pension (depending on experience and qualifications)
